Day 39: Icicles



Not a daily sight, because there's signs of some melting! Shot in manual mode with 18-135 mm lens at 50 mm; f/11; ISO 200; wb sunny; exp 1/250.

  1. So crazy to think some of yall are still cold...and will continue to be for quite some time now! Gosh it was hot here today! Nice and all, but we never get an opportunity to photograph such cool things like icicles!!

  2. wish we had icicles here. it would be fun to try and get some shots of icicles with the sun shining through them. I wonder if I could make icicles...

  5. These are great! My kids would break them all off and eat them in a matter of seconds, lol! It hasn't quite been cold enough for icicles here (but it's still dang cold!).

  7. Yea our ice cicles get really big and long here with all the snow. But I have to say they are beautiful to look at. I love to see them. Great pictures.

  17. oooh! Yea, it's warmed up a tad! I love icicles. They look so interesting! I've got a few pics of my own that I took after some big snows here.

    Hope this marks a turn around that you won't be quite so cold from here on out.
