It's. Just. Not. Good. Enough.
Because look at all this snow that we're still stuck with. It's disgusting. It's been here since November. And this same snow--dirty snow--will still be here for another month or so.
See that "Tis" sign? That means "splat", as in an electrified field around the perimeter of our house, trying to keep the mutant rodents away. But they ignore the sign. . . .
. . . and this sign, too. It's in rodent language; the little red rectangle means "Go Away."

But the rodents are invading anyway, adding to the "yuk" of winter. Here's a picture of one of them:
Notice all the rodent droppings around it. In the spring, when we do our archeological melt, peeling away the layers of snow, foot by foot, we'll get to revisit these layers and layers of frozen rodent droppings. It won't be pretty.
This is not pretty, either. There are probably frozen skateboarders, UPS delivery trucks, and snakes under this snow. Probably even that Netflix DVD that I'm sure I dropped into the mail. . .

Well, I'm right there with you! But we just got some fresh snow, so it covers up all that yucky dirty stuff. I hope spring comes sooner than later for you! But until then, I love reading your humerous posts!
I am so sorry! I think you guys need another vacation to a warmer climate ;D
My gosh thats a lot of snow. I feel the same as you about it. I hope your (and my) month left of it goes quickly!
February is the unloveliest month...followed by March. You have been hammered this winter! Sorry for the layers of pellets, frozen and otherwise...
holy cow! Obviously when it comes to winter, the rest of us are just plain wimps as compared to your neighborhood. Thatsa lota snow!
Oops! I posted the comment under your previous post.
Well, I certainly feel for you having to deal with all that snow. While to me that bunny looks cute, all the droppings surely don't. Ugh.
Good luck when it finally thaws!
But rabbit droppings are good fertilizer. ;)
Wow, that's a lot of snow! I would definately be grumbling about it too, I hate snow.
You can't help but feel sorry for the poor little animals. Nice shots of the not so nice subjects. Our weather here is 46 today, 59 tomorrow and 61 on Sunday. Cold for here this time of the year but I'll take it. :)
