They're not even pretty, but they'll be transported to Brian's house this Thanksgiving, along with all the other goodies I've been baking and cooking.*Sigh* . . . but it could have been a monopod, or reflectors, or someone willing to sit still for me to photograph to my heart's content, other than a dead turkey. . . .

Sorry to gloat ... the lens is good and worth having - not sure I use it to its potential though. I'm worried about what you might be subjecting that poor turkey to - go easy!

I was dreaming about asking my MIL for the nikkor fish eye, but somehow a thousand item doesn't seem like it'll make the cut! So I asked for a much less fancy 55-200 nikkor lens. At $250ish, maybe I'll get it! LOL

LOL! I love pretzels and chocolate. A friend gave me a great recipe years ago for pretzels, white chocolate, and Spanish peanuts. I make huge batches of it every year.
