More of Grand Forks Heat Wave

It got to 17 degrees above today! But here's the really strange thing: I counted 32 cars with their windows open in my 2 mile drive to work!





Winter has addled our brains!

  2. I lived in Minnesota; anything above 0 IS a heat wave!! I want to know if you had your hat off and your coat unzipped.

  3. Um brrr is all I can say. I've been pretty cold here every morning when it's in the 20's! Can't imagine it colder. I really love the first photo. The leading line of the sidewalk is so intriguing.

  11. I like winter and snow but do not think I could handle 17 being warm. We were in the 50s today and it was wonderful....thats what
    I call warming up :)

  13. lol, I think it's funny that you counted the cars with open windows :). I do that in the cold here to de-fog them. I hope your heat wave gets hotter than that soon!
