Stinking, Rotten North Dakota Weather. In JUNE!

You'd whine too, if in JUNE your clothes dryer broke, and you hung your clothes out to dry. And the HIGH temperature of stinking rotten North Dakota only got to 54 degrees! Did I mention in JUNE!!!! And it seems like it's going to be our "perma-weather" for the next week or two.

It may LOOK beautiful out in my yard, in JUNE . . . with bleeding hearts. . . .

and Lupines. . . .

. . . and Lilacs. . . .

. . . luring us out there into the stinking, rotten, North Dakota weather, of only 54 degrees, in JUNE!

(I didn't whine much this past winter about the weather. But ENOUGH is ENOUGH!!!!!)

Sorry about the dryer. At least you don't live in an apartment. AND--at least you don't live up in Canada somewhere like Yvette, who posted a shot on the message board this morning of SNOW!!! IN JUNE! I took a deep virtual sniff of your lilacs. Lovely.

Gorgeous flowers. I must admit, when you started off with a stinking/broken dryer/hanging clothes/ - I was expecting much worse (I'll give you a hint - pesky birds!!! - I believe you can see where my thoughts were going...) Sorry about the dryer and the chilly weather - but what a sight and with those lilacs - smell!

Oh I wouldn't even be able to hang my laundry up as my fingers would be frozen. Love your flowers!

Truly Beautiful flowers. I hear you about the dryer - how long does laundry take to dry in such cold weather? Say it several times - "It will warm up - I will warm up".

I'll trade you for the already stiflingly hot and humid Texas weather! :)

I've been meaning to get myself some bleeding hearts. I think they are so beautiful! Sorry about the cool weather and your dryer, but, hey, at least it isn't snow. That's the one thing that always puts me over the edge.

It's all that global warming.

On Drudge Report now: North Dakota city sees snow in June for first time in 60 years. Yup....it's all that global warming.

And with cap and trade, and everything else, watch our utility bills skyrocket.

Oh goodness! Mother Nature is sure giving us a run for our money. I'm sorry to hear about your dryer and the added insult of it being in the 50s.

The flowers ARE gorgeous though and one can almost smell the glorious scents through the monitor.

I guess one can be thankful the birds didn't dive bomb the clothes hanging out to dry, right?
