Hey! You talking about my photos??????
I'm posting retreads here. Way back in January, when I first started POTD, I'd posted this fish. Today, I headed off to the same spot, with a tripod this time, to get a different angle. But WHY oh WHY am I doing this in cold weather? I could have been out there in June! And I suspect I'll head back there again this winter, as I search for spots to photograph. . .

I love these fish! They are great. Why do we do these things...My hands almost froze off the other day! We are insane, Angela. But look...your pictures are so great, so its worth it.

I was talking to a parent today while waiting for kids to get out of school. She was from North Dakota (New Salem????). Anyway I told/enthused to her about your blog/photos and she asked if you'd shown the Holstein that is on top of the hill? I don't think I've seen anything like that on your blog (possible photo op perhaps?). Anyway, she recognized your town, so I'm assuming the cow would not be too far away.

Hey, I remember the fish! Can you believe it's almost been a year? I'm generally not a fishing fan, but I once went striper fishing on the ocean and it was a blast--the captain did all yucky work.
I happen to think that fishing is boring AND disgusting!! :) Great captures, though!

I remember these fish! Maybe they are steelhead--they always run in cold miserable weather!
Thats such a cool fish sign. I have not been actual fishing in a really, really long time. And why did it have to get cold so fast this year :(
