The Mean, Mean, Ruby Machine Teasing Poor Little Saxon

Poor little Saxon (Scott and Elizabeth's four month old Cockapoo), valiantly tried to hold his own with the older woman, (Ruby, 11 months). But Ruby is in training, and must perfect her skills of using Saxon to clean up spills in the kitchen. After all, every dog should have a job to do.

But now Saxon has gone back home to DC, leaving Ruby to pine away for him, and him for her.

And we are left to our own devices, celebrating the New Year in our usual fashion: watching Reno 911 episodes and a touch of the bubbly at midnight. Hello, 2012!

how on earth did everything stay on the coffee table? the dogs are adorable, and Ruby's ability to keep her clear advantage of size and strength in check is impressive - but again, not as impressive as not knocking everything off the coffee table. trick photography, right?

Happy New Years to you and Doug.

Happy New Year Doug and Angela. Most dogs seem to like the company of other dogs so I can imagine that Ruby is lonely now.

Aww! I LOVE these pictures of you and Doug! We spent our New Year's Eve at home watching a marathon of "Criminal Minds" episodes - not my pick, but John wanted to catch up before going back to school - until 11:30 when we switched to a local channel to watch the countdown.

I have to admit, as I was watching the clip on your post, I was thinking the same thing as Nicki: How is it that nothing got knocked down from the coffee table?

Happy New Year, Angela!
